每500伏特的安全距離為1MM左右呢？

平常打高壓，是否可以這么理解，每500伏特的安全距離為1MM左右呢？初級對地爬電距離3MM，空間距離1.5MM呢？是否正確。

一、安全間距

1.  LN之間3mm以上，空間距離1.8mm以上，不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離。

2. 初次級間6.4mm以上，空間距離5mm以上，不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離。

3. 初級與外殼地4.5mm以上，空間距離3mm以上，不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離。

今天又遇到這個問題，裸板測試老化沒問題 ，等灌封（防水電源）后，高溫老化后，出現聲音，并且輸出電壓掉了2V左右，拆開電源剪掉地線（原本地線接外殼并且跟PCB板子的Y電容連接的），只接外殼后就沒問題了 ，大家能否給個解釋。

說的是不是強度呢？就是有的說要求從多少米摔下去不摔壞，有沒有類似的地方

今天又遇到這個問題，裸板測試老化沒問題，等灌封（防水電源）后，高溫老化后，出現聲音，并且輸出電壓掉了2V左右，拆開電源剪掉地線（原本地線接外殼并且跟PCB板子的Y電容連接的），只接外殼后就沒問題了，大家能否給個解釋。
灌封后材料的介電常數變了，你在暗室內觀察那里有電暈，適當補救。

我是這樣理解的：壓迫板子，可以縮小爬電距離；壓迫外殼，可以縮小電氣間隙。一個是平面上的一個是空間的。對應不同的措施，以人為因素，來模擬最壞的情況下：爬電距離和電氣間隙是否能夠滿足安規需求。

不認同bode的看法。這個和空氣電擊穿有關。

理論上，空氣是絕緣的，但是在一定距離、強電壓下，這個位置的空氣，有可能發生擊穿，也就不再絕緣了。至于機理，設計到物理化學、空氣組分等方面的知識。其實這個在高壓電的傳輸方面體會的更深。
