每500伏特的安全距離為1MM左右呢?

平常打高壓,是否可以這么理解,每500伏特的安全距離為1MM左右呢?初級對地爬電距離3MM,空間距離1.5MM呢?是否正確。

一、安全間距

1.  LN之間3mm以上,空間距離1.8mm以上,不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離。

2. 初次級間6.4mm以上,空間距離5mm以上,不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離。

3. 初級與外殼地4.5mm以上,空間距離3mm以上,不足時開1mm以上的槽增加沿面距離

4高壓與地之間銅箔距離1mm以上,其它無要求銅箔間距離0.5mm以上。

今天又遇到這個問題,裸板測試老化沒問題 ,等灌封(防水電源)后,高溫老化后,出現聲音,并且輸出電壓掉了2V左右,拆開電源剪掉地線(原本地線接外殼并且跟PCB板子的Y電容連接的),只接外殼后就沒問題了 ,大家能否給個解釋。

“附注:決定是否符合要求前,內部器件應先施與10N力,外殼應施與30N力,以減小其距離.....”

說的是不是強度呢?就是有的說要求從多少米摔下去不摔壞,有沒有類似的地方

今天又遇到這個問題,裸板測試老化沒問題,等灌封(防水電源)后,高溫老化后,出現聲音,并且輸出電壓掉了2V左右,拆開電源剪掉地線(原本地線接外殼并且跟PCB板子的Y電容連接的),只接外殼后就沒問題了,大家能否給個解釋。
灌封后材料的介電常數變了,你在暗室內觀察那里有電暈,適當補救。

我是這樣理解的:壓迫板子,可以縮小爬電距離;壓迫外殼,可以縮小電氣間隙。一個是平面上的一個是空間的。對應不同的措施,以人為因素,來模擬最壞的情況下:爬電距離和電氣間隙是否能夠滿足安規需求。

不認同bode的看法。這個和空氣電擊穿有關。

理論上,空氣是絕緣的,但是在一定距離、強電壓下,這個位置的空氣,有可能發生擊穿,也就不再絕緣了。至于機理,設計到物理化學、空氣組分等方面的知識。其實這個在高壓電的傳輸方面體會的更深。
