個人覺得needle-flame test is enough

Needle-flame test ? 但EN60335里沒有這項測試阿, 如果有材料證明是否可被認為是可以通過Needle-flame test呢? ……例如耐燃等級UL94V-1, 或是UL證明有關動作溫度…..
還有Needle-frame test = Glow-wire test 嗎……這2項測試的主要目的是?

太感謝妳啦….你真是熱心的好人……不過我想再問一下如要通過這兩項測試,對材料的要求最低等級應該是多少呢?......V-1跟125℃以上嗎?
還有究竟對電路板PCB需要做這兩項測試嗎

電路板在新標準中要做needle flame test, 你用打火機燒不著肯定沒事,還要做漏電起痕,不過如果接受認證一般有CTI值供參考, glow wire 不需要測試,至于溫度, 實際上這是熱固性材料, 不用擔心球壓的問題, 個人認為其實都不用做

電路板一般都是V-0的,有認證的一般都能通過IEC標準的測試,不用擔心

PCB弱國有UL認證那就不用做這類測試,經過UL認證的PCB就
已經達到V-0 V-1的阻燃等級了.

固定selv part和防觸電部件

yes,in EN60335,in general,glow wire test is only applicable for nonmetallic material,and needle flame test is only applicable under condition of flame occuring during glow wire test,and generally PCB is not required to perform glow wire test,only needle flame test is enough.
