各位兄弟出出主意,看有沒有辦法解決.我的辦法已用盡,在線等候了
I think that it`s main caused by pcb layout
and the coupling CAP of mosfet of GS and DG
for pcb layout : first we may check ic of ground which is away from mosfet `s S and there is a coupling inductance
1:solve this issue : the choice of small couling cap which is between G TO S of cap and D TO G of cap
2: IC `ground is closed to mosfet`s what I said is only distance but not across pcb layout make it together
do you know

G,是哪個端口?你是說在TOP249Y上的D,S兩端加電容?
我附上電路圖請看一下,而且現在有另外一個現象:
變壓器有吱吱的叫聲.估計產生渦流了還是什么原因,這不是主要問題.重要的還是主題提出的問題.知道不知道原因的工程師請都熱心的參與一下,謝謝了. 1537181179458288.rar
