CE/EMC報告可以轉C-TICK報告嗎?
如果我的產品要去歐洲很澳洲,必須CE/EMC,C-TICK同時做嗎?CTICK可以通過CE/EMC來轉嗎?

可以轉發~但C-tick要有美國A2LA或NVLAP授權的實驗室才可以申請,若沒有此授權則發行的報告是無效的~

It is the ACA’s and RSM’s view that a test report from an accredited test laboratory constitutes a high
confidence and low risk approach to compliance .
There are a number of companies that have been accredited by the National Association of Testing
Authorities (NATA) in Australia and International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ), for various EMC
standards. Contact details for the accredited test laboratories are available from the NATA website
(www.nata.asn.au) or the IANZ website (www.ianz.govt.nz).
The ACA and RSM will use NATA or IANZ accredited testing as the benchmark and,in the event of
product conformity being called into question,the ACA and RSM will accept NATA or IANZ test data
as final in any determination of whether the product complies.

一. Application to use the C-Tick mark (rf10.pdf). /申請使用 C-Tick/
簽署人必須是 Australian/New Zealand 的註冊公司, 一般會有注冊號碼 :
1. Australian company number (ACN),
2. Australian registered body number (ARBN),
3. Australian business number (ABN),
4. New Zealand company number (NZCN),
5. New Zealand GST number
二. Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (rf3.pdf). /每一產品的宣告/.
這邊所提代理商, 就是指具資格填寫 rf10 的當地公司, 再為廠商產品作 c-Tick 宣告.
而一般安規實驗室代為介紹 "代理人" 只是協辦 c-Tick 宣告.
在實際商務運作, 應該是進口銷售產品者直接去宣告.
如果貴公司產品要賣到澳洲, 而買方居然連 C-Tick 宣告都無法/不願意進行. 那商務運作的可行性...... 就有待確認了.
