我公司現有一款20'液晶電視被商檢抽查到指定實驗室做測試,
現在實驗室告知我們的產品的電源適配器(普通電源電腦或顯示器用的適配器)不符合標準的8.16條:
設計成專門要由制造廠商規定的電源設備來供電的設備,其結構應保證通用電源設備不加修改就不可能替換該專用設備.
和標準的15.2中:
在具有非危險帶電輸出電壓的一類設備中,輸出電路不應與保護地導體連接.
請教一下高手們 這兩條怎么解釋啊,我們的適配器是否需要專門修改結構保證不能通用? 還有15.2的那句話怎么理解

The clause 8.16 means there are must used a specific DC plug in the AC/DC adapter, avoid misuse other AC/DC adapter in the apparatus. according to the OSM EE(chm)3/03, this clause don't apply to yours product.
The clause 15.2, pls pay more attention to the third paragraph(this paragraph was deleted in the latest Amend .1), maby i think the lab failed yours product by using this paragraph. For this case, pls check that the secondary circuit of AC/DC adapter was connect to earth or not?
