1. A tst shield of sheet metal 300mm wide, 350mm deep, and 600mm high, open at the top and front, and 2 rigid support clamps for supporting the test specimen in a vertical position;
2. a Tirrill burner having a bore of 10 +1.6/-0mm and a length of 100+5/-0mm above the primary-air inlet.
3. a 20 degree angle block for supporting the burner;
4. a supply of bottled, technical grade methane gas of approx. 37MJ/m3 at normal pressure with a suitable regulator and meter for uniform gas flow
測試火焰要求原文如下：
the height of the flame with burner vertical shall be adjusted to approx. 127mm with an inner blue cone approx. 38mm high, producing a temp. of 950 +/-50 degree at the tip of inner blue cone at a gas pressure of 76mm water column.
甚感煩惱！想確定怎樣一種塑膠厚度最合適通過此測試，避免設計太厚浪費材料。
