我測了一下Vcc,啟動時波形是這樣的:

換另外一種型號的3843試下.
我遇到過這種情況,是熱機時3843不啟動,7PIN電壓和你的差不多.

這是3843和3845的通病,Vcc回差太小.解決辦法:改用3842,提高Vcc電壓..
電路好復雜啊,IC啟動怎么供電,D5是不是畫反了?
