我現(xiàn)在正在做同步整流的實(shí)驗(yàn),在實(shí)際電路上出現(xiàn)了一些問題,就想用PSPICE仿真進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,可是沒有IRL3803的模型庫(kù),各位大俠有什么高招。
PS:我用的是ORCAD9.23。
