昨日做了一個小JJ,變壓器是電腦電源里的主變壓器,拆開重繞,初級是0.8的8線并繞2+2T次級0.8的繞50T驅動芯片是3525頻率71K,3205一對,沒加RC吸收 MOS管 沒加圖騰柱 也沒有柵極電阻直接負載100W燈泡1分鐘兩個MOS發熱都比較嚴重.
按理說一對管帶100W應該發熱正常,如果是變壓器偏磁則會單邊發熱.大家幫我分析一下,是不是沒加柵極電阻或是沒有RC吸收回路還是其他原因.

頻率高的話更應該加柵極電阻和RC吸收,主回路需要更短,我是這樣想的.我計算了下,按E135的磁芯,做到2+2,頻率要67KHZ.頻率用45KHZ時,匝數是3+3;頻率用33KHZ時,匝數是4+4;頻率用27KHZ時,匝數是5+5,不知道對不對.有沒有誰指正一下.

剛剛試了一下濾波電容也熱,估計是要加RC吸收,一對管子的話我覺得沒必要加圖騰柱,畢竟3525本身就是圖騰柱輸出的.
