如何設(shè)計高頻變壓器??
要做一個開關(guān)電源,是低壓(44V-60V)輸入,我的輸出要求多路的,有5V/0.3A,+12V/0.1A,-12V/0.1A,+15V/0.3A,+12V/1A,用UC3842控制,開關(guān)頻率選用40K,效率0.85,占空比最大0.45,請問如何設(shè)計高頻變壓器啊??

設(shè)計如下:
Po=5*3+12*0.1+12*0.1+15*0.3+12*1=33.9W
Pi=33.9/0.85=39.9W EE25/19,DMR40,TP4,PC40,3C90 Ae=40mm2,ΔB=0.2T
Np=(0.45*44)/(40*0.2*40*10-3)=61.9 Turns Np=62
Ns1=(5*0.55*62)/(44*0.45)=8.6 Turns Ns1=9
Ns2=Ns3=N5=(12*0.55*62)/(44*0.45)=20.7 Turns Ns2=Ns3=N5=21
Ns4=(15*0.55*62)/(44*0.45)=25.8 Turns Ns4=26
Δ=7.65/200=0.038cm=0.38mm Dwire=0.72mm 21#AWG,Swire=0.41mm2.

Po=5*0.5+15*0.15+15*0.15+15*0.3+12*1+13×0.05=24.15W
Pi=24.15/0.85=28.4,取Pi=30W,根據(jù)經(jīng)驗公式磁芯截面積Ae=0.15*Pi(0.5)=0.82cm2選用什么磁芯好??EE28×33.6×10.7,Ae=87.2mm2,這個可否,還是選EE30×26.4×10.7,Ae=109mm2
