Responsibility:
·       In charge of PCB electronic components qualification (passive and active parts)
·       Support US and Asia design team to solve product application issues
·       Component supplier technical audit and selection
·       Create components test manual and analyze failure
·       Provide new component technology information to design team

            Analyze critical components failure, fix root cause and take some corrective actions
            
            Qualification:

·       Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
·       5+ years working experience involving electronic components, for example in design of electronic ballast
·       General knowledge of lighting ballast technology
·       Knowledge of active and passive components technologies
·       Knowledge of components manufacturing techniques, methods and tool
·       Knowledge of components application at lighting ballast and component reliability evaluation
·       Understanding of environmental issues affecting industry (RoHS)
·       Proficiency with standard computer tools (spreadsheets, networking, etc)
·       Understanding quality tools(FMEA, DOE, etc.)
·       Ability to successfully manage simultaneous projects
·       Ability to work efficiently as part of a worldwide team
·       Excellent communications skills, including written and spoken English
