那一種方法試制樣機(jī)成本才能最低
一件產(chǎn)品從設(shè)計,試制.到定型生產(chǎn),時間漫長,費(fèi)用很大,有沒有好的方法.減低試制成本,歡迎大家拍磚討論.

砸沒人回音呢?提一個指標(biāo).快速充電機(jī)48V20A充電時間30分鐘普通鉛酸免維電池.從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開始計算成本.
這么快可能只充到60%,說不定已經(jīng)開始發(fā)生過充現(xiàn)象!
小日本的很快就開始減流,而且好象對導(dǎo)線壓降不敏感,整體過充率差不多只有7~8%,但也是有缺點(diǎn)的,就是在充至70-85%左右時掉電復(fù)充就有問題,過充量比較大,約20%.國產(chǎn)的就更不用說了.
日產(chǎn)的很少看到這種芯片的充電器:
