lead temperature
各位DX,在電源IC中有幾項溫度參數(shù),如最大結(jié)溫,最大存儲溫度,還有一個lead temperature,如lead temperature 1.6mm from case for 10 seconds is 300度,不知在這里L(fēng)EAD TEMPERATURE怎樣譯才好?請DX賜教!

leadtemperature:引腳焊錫溫度,,,也就是IC耐焊性,,,一般IC可以在300度下耐焊性是10S以下,,,在DATASHEET里肯定有此溫度曲線的,在260度可焊性是3~5秒,,,
